Coercive and controlling behaviour is a pattern of actions used by one person to dominate, intimidate,
isolate, or control another person, often in a relationship.

Stalking

Stalking is a pattern of unwanted, repeated behaviour directed at a person that causes fear, distress, or concern for their safety.

Harassment

Harassment is unwanted behaviour that causes alarm, distress, intimidation, or humiliation and occurs on more than one occasion.

I didn’t think the emotional and financial control I was facing counted as abuse because there was no physical violence. Seasons helped me understand my situation and guided me through the process of getting legal protection. I couldn’t have done it without them.
